POMEGRANATE AND ALOE

POMEGRANATE slows and reverses the signs of skin aging in two ways:  1) it has super antioxidant properties that prevent free radical damage; 2) it promotes epidermal thickening by prolonging the life dermal fibroblast cells.  These are the cells responsible for producing the skins support system which is collagen and elastin.  Along with an Aloe base which increases collagen production 6 to 8 times more.

BODY BUTTERS ARE GREASY

I’ve always thought body butters were too greasy leaving a film that gets on clothing, so I whipped up a soufflé of shea butter and sunflower oil known for their moisturizing qualities along with soothing botanicals and anti-aging extracts called Aloe Pomegranate Body Souffle.

YUMMMMM –  CREAM OF CAULIFLOWER SOUP:  This is one of my favorites soups, I cook it all year round.  If you don’t have a Smart Stick, get one or use your blender to puree.  Steam head of cauliflower in 2 inches of salted water until tender.  Drain remaining water and save.  Trim core and remove.  Cut cauliflower into small pieces and add 2 cups of chicken broth (you can use saved steaming water if strict vegetarian).  Use Smart Stick to puree right in the pot.  It’s sooo easy.  Add 1 cup of heavy cream and 1/2 cup of grated parmesian and blend until smooth.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Pour into serving bowl and drizzle olive oil on top. Sprinkle curry powder and a little paprika for a pop of color and flavor and your guests will think you are gourmet chef….and now you are.  Bon Apetite
